"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"From the time of my initial contact with Chris until completion of work, I was very happy with my experience. Chris kept me informed throughout the process and was punctual. I had fired the prior contractor for non-performance/inadequate performance, so I was very skeptical going forward with a new contractor. However, I was extremely pleased. Will use Chris again should I need service."

"The initial representative that I spoke to on the phone she was wonderful. I was referred to one of their contractors that could do the job. The job was done very well. Only complaint, I have was a gentleman that I had to speak to customer service quality. Very vague on his answers and at the very end when he asked for payment, I sent it to him. I told him thank you and he never responded back, rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Forget enough task you are good enough to say thank you after you have been paid. I paid $1000 to replace 20 Luxury, laminate panels. As I said, the job was done very well, but the gentleman could step it up on the way he communicates with the public."
