Called this company to get an estimate and ask some questions about potential mold remediation. Spoke with the owner, David Snell, and did not like his attitude at all. That alone would lead me to not use this company. He was very curt and condescending. I am in a customer service business as well and I would never talk to a potential client like that. He wanted to charge $195 just to give me an estimate. I already know what the problem is! He was not flexible on this at all which I feel is unacceptable and unprofessional.
