I call the production manager monthly, for a year, to find out the status of my parts. He always promises to call me back but never does. Every time I ask him about the status, he tries to blame me saying I didn't do my part. I finally sell my house for less money because we didn't fix the window issues. Do not trust this company to install the windows correctly or honor the warranty!"
