The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. They rush through jobs and these mistakes are made and customers like us are left to suffer it’s Mold inside our home as a direct result of their negligence. We had a very challenging project involving the complete demolition of the large existing deck and replacement, from the existing cement piers up, with new supports, a new composite deck, and steel cable railings topped with composite hand rails. All of this was done working on a steep hill with very little level ground.
We felt that Nick treated the project as though he was working on his own home. A lot of thought and care went into everything that he did, including notching the supporting posts and adding diagonals underneath the deck for stability, always above and beyond what other contractors would do. The fit and finish is flawless.
We are very proud and pleased with our new and improved deck and we will spend as much as time as we can out there with our feet up enjoying the view."
