The service and general manager came and did the repairs. Did a good job. Had to put up with a not interested repairman who made little effort to do the job and an unscheduled salesman visit before the two managers came and did what I expected. They were both concerned with my experience.

The repairs were quite extensive for the terrace and we are pleased with the results. Many of the stones had sunken down in and these guys were able to retrieve them and built it up so they were again in place. They were pleasant and prompt and got the work done in a timely fashion.
