"Felt rushed to approve the work and pay the balance. Discovered multiple issues later. Just inside the door there's a rock they missed, so now it's under the plastic, which will sooner or later puncture through. I asked for a better door than the one the first installed, but the second was also poorly made and didn't come close to sealing. Called/talked to someone about the issues, but afterward they stopped returning my calls. They also left lots of debris on the ground. The inspection didn't pass for multiple reasons. Waiting for them to come back and address the issues the inspector found. Update: THBS did follow up and fix the issues. They constructed a new crawlspace door that seals, which was the biggest issue. They took out the problematic rock. The inspection passed."

It’s possible to pour concrete if the temperatures are expected to dip below freezing at night, but you need to take some special precautions before you do. The prevention steps are essentially the same, no matter the patio material. Keep the surface clean and maintained. Ensure there's no debris buildup, and cover the whole thing in a quality sealant. If it's the start of a season or it's been a while since you've cleaned the area, use a pressure washer.

Dry pour concrete cures in the same amount of time as wet pour concrete, so you’re looking at four to six hours for it to harden, 24 to 48 hours before you can remove forms and expose the slab to foot traffic, a week before it can stand up to vehicle traffic, and about a month for it to be fully cured.
