"The water at the beach has a terrible rotten egg smell, after replacing the hot water heater, adding a softener and a carbon filter I still have the smell. There may be nothing that can be done, but yuck! Culligan was very nice and affordable, I just didn't get my problem solved."

"This is the most knowledgeable service provider of water purification that I have ever used. He explained everything - lots I did not know and gave me tips on how I could use it more efficiently. "I would not recommend using Purlogix for annual service. I had to call them every time when the salt in the water softener ran out. After multiple conversations, they still don t have me in the system after one year of trying. I give up"
