"Fine was done w Ex party as we were travelling. Neglected to find numerous obvious defects Ie.. broken pipes ,leaking toilet ,snake and pest infestation in attic and basement took us 6 months to rectify we know see evidence of termites in attic and we paid for pest inspection. Hard to believe the inspection was done and if so the inspector was blindfolded . Ridiculous number of issues which we found over time ."
