They are wonderful! They were very punctual, called before they came, and arrived when they said they would. They were very professional. We have used them before, and we will use them again if needed. We are very pleased with their services overall.

Evaluated condition of existing pipes and determined, after showing reason, pipes needed replacing. Did the job quickly, friendly and professionally. Cost was expected to be more then charged.

We found ourselves with a water leak on Saturday morning. We contacted our City and they sent out a utility worker who said the problem was a broken pipe attached to the water main and we would need to call a plumber. We went to our yellow pages and found a 24-hour plumber that didn't make it out to our property until 2pm on Sunday at which point they charged us $70 and said it was actually the and quot;yokeand quot; at the water main and the City was responsible and they left. We had the City come back out and they took another look and said and quot;noand quot; it was the pipe and they personally spoke with the plumber that we had already been out to the property. After hanging up, the City told us that the plumber said they would return. The plumber never returned and did not return any of our phone calls.
Thus, Monday morning we still can't turn our water on because of the leak and so we went to Angies List to look up plumbers.
Foothills was the one we called and they came out and had the leak fixed within 2 hours. Unfortunately, they were costly. Most plumbers we've had work in our house have charged $60 to $70/hour. $270 labor was steep for 2 hours worth of work. Thank goodness the hole had already been dug or I don't know what it would have cost.
We are happy to be repaired and we received professional service but probably wouldn't call Foothills again due to the cost.

We were to move into our new home on March 24. We had been cleaning and moving some stuff in for approximately one week prior. We could never get the water to get hot, or even warm. Our real estate agent sent over her plumber to check out our hot water heater. He tried turning the temperature up on three successive days, but the water never got any warmer. He believed that it was the interior water pipe that had corroded and the fresh, cold water was staying on top of the water tank, so it would never give us hot water. He called Foothills Plumbing Services for us and conferred with them. Since our plumber did not work with natural gas, he asked Foothills Plumbing to do the work. Mind you, this was on Thursday night, and we had movers coming first thing Saturday morning to move us in. The owner of Foothills Plumbing called me Thursday night and assured me they would install our new hot water heater the NEXT DAY! As promised, Joe and Joe showed up first thing Friday morning and installed our new hot water heater! We thanked them profusely and they told us that it was a priority getting us our water heater installed because of the circumstances. Awesome company!
