The work that we had them do was to install 14" of blown in insulation in our attic as well as installing foil sheets in two large attic areas to reduce the heat transfer into two of our spaces. Recent work was to remove our old vapor barrier and install two separate ones. Also, installed R30 in the floor of our sunporch.
