"Tim, the Sales Associate was knowledgable and was able to match the correct type of carpet for our needs. He was able to move up the installation date which helped us tremendously since we couldn't move in until the carpets were installed. The installers were professional and did an ecellent job. "Jose did an amazing job. We had a bleach stain in a highly visible area. An 18" x 18" area in the middle of the walking area was replaced and no seams are visible, it looks like the carpet was never damaged. He is very knowledgeable on all carpet needs. Wish I knew him before I bought my carpet and installation from a big building supply company 3 yrs ago. For a small job like we had, be respectful of his time and have the estimate and work done in the same trip."

"Excellent.  Mark had been our service provider previously and I was pleased so I requested him again. My dog is allowed on the couch and as a result cleaning it is a challenge.
