"I believe that integrity is paramount when hiring someone to have professional work done in my home. I would recommend Gerald to anyone I know because his work ethic is impeccable. From start to finish he is professional, kind, and concerned about providing excellent customer service. He came to my mom’s house to perform an electrical service and instead of doing the bare minimum, he spent over two ours doing everything he could to resolve the problem. When it was determined that installing the fixture would be hazardous, he was apologetic and did not charge a fee for all the time he spent troubleshooting the problem.
