He was patient and helpful in guiding me through what to go with. He thinks about things and provides options. You can see the wheels turning. He even goes out of his way to provide or create a sample of what he’s talking about to give you a visual. Kelvin is a pro. Hard worker, polite and responsive. I think Jesse was the guy who helped out the third day. Very hard worker and professional and warm. Also the job was very reasonably priced and I got quotes from 4 providers. "When Johnnie came to our house he took one look at the existing hardwood flooring in our house and said "BUTTERSCOTCH" This after three others said that they couldn't match the existing flooring. Anyhow the next day Johnnie showed up with two pieces of wood that matched perfectly, but informed that it might take a week or two to get enough wood to do our floors. We then settled on a price and signed a contract. After about four days Johnnie called and said that they would bring out the wood to our house Then on thursday they started, and after 3 days I"ve got an additional 1200 square feet of new flooring added to my hose, that matches my old floor perfectly. I'm and my wife are so amazed at the whole crews work ethics. All were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to any one that wants the best floor available. If it ever came to be that I needed more flooring you can bet I'd be calling them again. Thanks a million to all Ed"

"We hired Susana and her team to clean our house, a historic home, newly renovated. The team of 5 women works hard, but is not attentive or thorough. Susana leaves them to work unsupervised. They contaminate countertops by leaving trash cans on them. They do not leave things the way they found them. They do not clean under sofas or beds unless you supervise them, and on one visit, they used a viscous liquid to clean the oven (which is a self-cleaning oven), and it dripped on the floor, damaging the hardwood floor. Susana promptly paid for the $100 repair but then insinuated that we ourselves had caused the damage. In fact, we had never used chemicals to clean the oven. On the last visit, a few days ago, Susana's team cleaned the bathroom and damaged the finish on the escutcheon plate of the shower control handle. Susana got very upset when we called her to report this, focusing more on how much money she had already lost by filing the previous insurance claim. We would not recommend this service if you want a thorough, efficient, and well-trained staff."

"They were fine. The sales person was a little pushy. The flooring he ?matched? us with didn?t end up being a good fit for us and it has not aged well. So I wish we?d taken more time to sit with the decision and do our own research on the materials instead of letting them rush us into a choice. Basically we just believed what the Empire sales person told us about the durability and stain resistance of the tile floor we had installed and the flooring has turned out to be a poor fit for our family."

"Mr. Ellis was hired to assemble sunroom which he only came out on a Saturday to work on. We thought he was doing ok until we found out he had cut and electric socket in half and never told us, and also left cement all over frame, windows & house from pulling up lenoleum rug he had terribly installed and we told him it was terrible. He agreed and said he would replace it. He went to a carpet store and purchased himself and never came back to install floor. He sent us a text on April 17th and said carpet came in and he would come Saturday morning @ 8am to install the carpet and never showed up or called. My husband called him twice before sending the text with no return call. We sent him a tex on April 26 with no response today. At this point, we do not care for him to return to do nothing else. He left with the carpet not finished, tools to anchor sunroom down, us having to replace socket and light on deck which was also destroyed. Also, one of roof panels he installed in wrong place. Also, the plywood he purchased and installed is already cracking up and needs replacing. Would like to get thhis finished ASAP."
