Scott and his crew were very accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. They did exactly what I wanted done and did not complain. We are very happy with our new bathroom. I highly recommend Scott Riggs Construction. I really think there isn’t anything they can’t or won’t do!

My experience with Scott Riggs Construction was considerable. The cost of the service was reasonable but I'd rather not talk about that. Yes, I would use their service again.

It went great all around.  Water use to flood underneath my house now it doesn't.  He fixed the joust underneath the house and it looks and feels like it is all brand new under there.  insulation underneath the house makes the house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.  I can tell there is a difference.  Whatever problem that arises, Scott Riggs can fix.  This I believe.

All sub contractors performed as expected. Job was supervised and evaluated along each step. Mr. Riggs is a "hands on" type of General Contractor, inspecting each step of the home improvement. The price was in line with quoted estimate, all material used was first rate, the painters were all from Sherwin Williams, and used quality pant. The painters had to match the old paint and did so in a manner that you do not know the difference with the older painted walls and the newly painted walls..

It went Great. Scott and his team were fast and professional. He came in and gave us a cost estimate and work completion date. He was accurate with the cost and his team met the completion deadline. Scott's professionalism and humbleness made us feel like we knew him for years. If there is any other work that we will need to have done to our home, he will be called without a second thought before any other companies in this area. The floors look great and the walls look like they had never been damaged.

The paint could have been a little bit better.  The price was very competitive.  It was at my mom's place and I didn't deal with them directly. I would definitely use them.

Sprayed for mold underneath the house and also put a pier and/or brace underneath a sagging wall.  Put in a sump pump which was put there as a precaution for possible water rising.  Pump has only operated a few times which tells us that our water problem is over.  Water used to flood underneath quite regularly when it rained hard or long.   Now it looks like a brand new house in the crawlspace.  He also put down plastic that is taped to just about everything.  Plastic should go nowhere.  Three lights were put in the crawlspace and a light switch connected to it.  Plug in receptacles were also added and a temperature gauge.  New access door was built for crawlspace.  Very satisfied and relieved.  Worried about mold and wood underneath the house.  Now we are not worried.

The majority of the job was accomplished in a timely manner, but some parts took longer than were forecast.  The quality of the work was good and Scott was a good general contractor.  His painting subcontractor isn't as good as his construction subs, however.  Overall I'm pleased with the work and would recommend his services and use them again.

We moved into our house with the bonus room framed (studs only).  We contacted 3 contractors for bids (one was VERY well known here in Wayne County) and Scott Riggs was one of them.  The ONLY one that got back to me in a TIMELY manner (less than a week) was Scott!  I contacted him on a Tuesday, he came over the next morning inspected everything (he was upstairs a good 30mins).  He pointed out that the frame work was not level and that it would result in seams of the dry wall that would not line up (the walls would look REALLY ugly).  Needless to say, we had him fix it.  Our B/R did NOT have plumbing ran, for the bathroom that the builder had framed in, or HVAC lines ran. Within a week he had his framing crew in to plum the walls and the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were also ran.  Let me point out also, that Scott came back after EVERY work day to inspect the job that his subs had done and whatever wasn't to his or our liking, he had it fixed!  Insulation was done within 3hrs.  Dry wall took the longest (6 days) because the mud wasn't drying due to the cold weather.  After dry wall, plumbing came back to connect the lines to our septic/water and HVAC installed the return unit.  The job was completed within 3 weeks.  We SO pleased with how it looks!
Scott did come in on the high end of the bid, but with the existing frame work that needed to be fixed and the fact that we did NOT have plumbing or HVAC previous ran to the bonus room that increased the cost.
The best part about working with Scott is that he is not trying to pull one over on you and take all your money.  He  listens to what YOU want done.  He's concerned about making sure YOU are pleased with the finished product and that the quality EXCEEDS your expectations.  There are not many contractors out there that are worried about getting the job done RIGHT and caring about what it looks like.  He takes pride in his work.  I will continue to use him and will continue to recommend him to ALL!  Thanks so much Scott!!

Project went extremely well. Mr Riggs had  well organized teams. Demolition, builders, electricians, drywall, painters, etc, were all efficient, courteous & professional. They tore out all living room floor down to the crawl space. Built a temporary walkway across the open floor so we were able to still move throughout the house. My 2nd day they had the joists replaced & insulation installed. Electrician had moved and/or installed outlets & switches. They all cleaned up as they went. Finished a little early & had to wait for permanent flooring to be installed. But that was not done by Riggs Construction. Mr Riggs was fully engaged with workers throughout the project.  I will definitely use Riggs Construction in my upcoming construction.

Scott came to my house and looked and what i wanted done, and the next day he had a outside salesman from a local window distributor come to my house and do a window takeoff.  2 days later Scott had a me an written estimate on what i wanted done, and we agreed.  The next day, he ordered the windows and rest is history.  3 weeks later he and his men came to my house and replaced all of my windows, and repaired some vinyl siding on my house. I was very satisfied with everything.
