All sub contractors performed as expected. Job was supervised and evaluated along each step. Mr. Riggs is a "hands on" type of General Contractor, inspecting each step of the home improvement. The price was in line with quoted estimate, all material used was first rate, the painters were all from Sherwin Williams, and used quality pant. The painters had to match the old paint and did so in a manner that you do not know the difference with the older painted walls and the newly painted walls..
Scott did come in on the high end of the bid, but with the existing frame work that needed to be fixed and the fact that we did NOT have plumbing or HVAC previous ran to the bonus room that increased the cost.
The best part about working with Scott is that he is not trying to pull one over on you and take all your money. He listens to what YOU want done. He's concerned about making sure YOU are pleased with the finished product and that the quality EXCEEDS your expectations. There are not many contractors out there that are worried about getting the job done RIGHT and caring about what it looks like. He takes pride in his work. I will continue to use him and will continue to recommend him to ALL! Thanks so much Scott!!
