During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! Professional crew members are skilled with all roof and siding types including: asphalt shingles, metal roofs, Spanish tile, wood shake, slate roofs, historic roofs, and commercial roofing systems. They are also experienced with different siding materials including vinyl, wood shake, and plank siding.
"Horrible experience - they will provide you with a 10 year warranty that they have no intention of fulfilling (after doing a horrible job on the install - grading isn’t right, nails going through underlayment, boards were broken during install and never replaced, leak around chimney due to poor sealing, etc.). My roof was replaced early 2021, and by end of 2021, water damage began appearing all throughout the house. Owner stopped responding when he realized how big of a project it would be to repair the roof and resulting damage. Tried to tell me it was from everything other than a roof leak. Didn’t bother to submit to the company’s insurance or have an adjuster out to assess the damage. I have a 10-gallon humidifier running at all times and have to empty the tank twice a day, at least. Believe the 1-star reviews - the 5-star reviews are from people that are friends or family of the owner"
