Ricky was great when he came out. I explained that I needed new siding, windows and gutters. He did all the measurements and provided me answers to all my questions. When the estimate came I was so impressed with the pricing. He explained how long it would be before the job could start because the materials had to be ordered. I was told 6 weeks but it was only 4. They came out and had the job done within a few days. Shannon their Project Manager is awesome. She kept me updated on everything. She called at least once a day to check on how I felt things were going. Ricky came out each day to check how things were going. Their crew does phenomenal work. My house looks beautiful!"

The cheapest and most inexpensive way to side a house is to use vinyl. Vinyl is very low-cost but may not last as long as natural materials or metal. However, a common reason for siding replacement is to eliminate materials that are in poor condition, making installing new wood siding over old not recommended. Additionally, the cost of adding siding over existing siding can increase costs to between $7 and $13 per square foot.

Fiber cement siding will last an average of 50 years, but you could get up to 70 years of useful life out of yours with proper maintenance. All types of siding, including fiber cement, will have shorter lifespans in extreme climates, as salt, impact from blown debris, heavy rain, and intense sunshine can all limit siding lifespan.
