"We hired Mr. Handyman to paint our gables and soffitt. The employee was inexperienced. After setting up, she approached me and said she had made a mistake and didn't understand that she was painting the gables. The estimate we accepted stated painting 3 gables and soffitts. She said she needed to re-estimate the work. Eventually, we agreed on a new [much higher price that her boss approved.] She did very little work before she went back to the company van and sat in it. The office manager arrived to say that she was sick and someone else would be coming the next morning to do the agreed upon job. He started the job and my husband went to talk to him. He stated he was only doing the gables per his boss. The boss called immediately and was irate. He insisted the work was only to paint the gables. I told him we had both a written estimate and video recording [of the renegotiation] stating the work to be done. He insisted we pay more. I asked why, we already agreed and he hung up on me. "

"Mr. Ellis was hired to assemble sunroom which he only came out on a Saturday to work on. We thought he was doing ok until we found out he had cut and electric socket in half and never told us, and also left cement all over frame, windows & house from pulling up lenoleum rug he had terribly installed and we told him it was terrible. He agreed and said he would replace it. He went to a carpet store and purchased himself and never came back to install floor. He sent us a text on April 17th and said carpet came in and he would come Saturday morning @ 8am to install the carpet and never showed up or called. My husband called him twice before sending the text with no return call. We sent him a tex on April 26 with no response today. At this point, we do not care for him to return to do nothing else. He left with the carpet not finished, tools to anchor sunroom down, us having to replace socket and light on deck which was also destroyed. Also, one of roof panels he installed in wrong place. Also, the plywood he purchased and installed is already cracking up and needs replacing. Would like to get thhis finished ASAP."

The dark , stunning flooring, the new vanity sink made of mahogany, the walk-in shower with Brazilian wood seat that folds up or down as needed. The Fixtures are fashionable as a well as dependably functionable. And the One fellow (Chris F.) is the maestro who masterfully handled the entire install. A true artisan /Craftsman. His attention to detail and pride in the job "BEST DONE" ..made me weep with happy tears. The walk-in shower is all a anyone could ever hope for.*The floor was taken down to the original 1905 beams .. and built back beautifully with dark flooring that I had chosen. I could see my cellar underneath. I have seldom been this delighted with an a man-made environment. But this is Everything."
