Shannon's communication skills are excellent; he kept us informed at every step of the way regarding progress and advising us of any cost changes (due to our plan changes) or rain delays. It was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish, and the screened porch turned out beyond our expectations due to his knowledge, skill and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone doing new construction or building a screened porch, and we would hire him again. Oh, and his pricing is fair, too.
