Great. They repaired my roof and you could not tell it had ever been damaged. They also did landscaping, spread dirt, installed dishwasher, removed and repaired drywall, etc. They mow several yards for me weekly. A very reliable and trusted company.

KITCHEN Load dishwasher: No dishwasher involved. Wipe down surfaces: They had WIPES which they used; our counters still had rough patches on them which, if a wet sponge with a scrubber on the back had been used, or even if a bit of "elbow grease" had been applied with the wipe, these spots would've been cleaned--no problem! Clean sink: Not as clean as it could be for a white sink, probably used wipes on it as well. Take out trash: not much trash to take out as today was trash day and we got most of it the night before. However they didn't remove what trash was in the kitchen can as they were leaving, either! BATHROOM Clean toilet and sink: again, with the wipes--were they even disinfectant wipes. There was something blue in my toilet water when I went upstairs. I was afraid to ask that my baseboards be dusted off in my bathroom (I include that with my floor myself) for fear of it costing additional $$. Clean shower and tub: These looked fine. Wipe down surfaces: Yes, with wipes Take out trash: already discussed Next time, if there is one, I will establish their definition of housecleaning for this amount of money. This list says "wipe down." which is technically what they did. But, the title of the service is "Housecleaning," which involves cleansers and scrubbing with scrubbers and wiping with clean sponges or paper towels or then disinfectant wipes. BEDROOM Make bed: my parents already made their bed, do so everyday. Sweep floors: only where there wasn't furniture or something larger than a footstool in their way. Further explanation below. Wipe down surfaces: At least he used a Swiffer-type duster or the name brand. He just didn't move anything to dust or reach around very well to get to those places surrounding objects he wouldn't move or touch. When one sits down or lays down, one can see the remaining layer of dust in places. Take out trash: asked and answered. GENERAL Vacuum carpets: Likely the best thing they did; however, they didn't even attempt to vacuum the rug underneath the dining room table, didn't move the chairs or anything to get to it. I think they dusted in there, they spent time in there. Sweep and mop: Still food and crumbs in the breakfast area under the table, which honestly, aren't hard to get at as these chairs have wheels on them. And some of those crumbs are BIG!! We can still see dust and dirt on the floor, especially in the breakfast room because we know it was NOT swept or vacuumed before it was mopped (wet-jetted). Dust all surfaces: You have my opinion on that--their interpretation on objects on surfaces and mine are at opposite ends of the spectrum and that needs to be straightened out because my mother and I should not have had to work so hard to get our house "wiped down" for over $100 in less than 2 of the 4 hours they were scheduled to be here. Highly, highly disappointed in my first experience with Angi. This service was at the top of the list presented to me and they had 5 Stars. Take out tras

Outstanding. Todd and Jennifer are a class act. They are very professional and knowledgeable of what needs to be done. We suffered lots of damage with Hurricane Florence. They helped us to understand what needed to be done, explained everything and answered every question and brought talented and skilled people in to do the work. Their leadership and guidance resulted in an excellent outcome where all of our expectations were met. Highly recommend them

Very personable and punctual. Attention to detail was fantastic- my walls have never looked so good! My house needed a good once over and I just couldn't seem to get it all cleaned before needing to start all over. It was totally worth it to have it all nicely finished and dusted at once so I could start with a clean slate. Thank you
