It was a tricky situation involving roots and the drain to the septic. They spliced in a new piece of pipe, cut the root and we were good to go. Very reasonable and very nice gentlemen. "When I decided to move ahead on a much needed roof removal and replacement, it was very hard to get anyone to respond. However, Michael was very quick to answer my call and get a quote. Eventually I was able to get quotes from 3 different contractors and they were all within $200 for each other, which I find amazing given it was a sizeable job. In the end I did not select American, only because they did not carry workers comp at the time. I understand they have since picked up workers comp.
