I received an estimate to stretch my carpet which had a huge wrinkle in it that had become a tripping hazard. I was lucky enough to get an appointment a few days later. The only things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are (1) the types of installation was never discussed with me (and I didn’t know at the time there was more than one option, so be sure to ask about this) and (2) after doing about 2/3 of the flooring I noticed that the installers laid the hardwood planks on top of the vinyl instead of pulling the vinyl up (not sure if this is normal)."
