"The new finish is BEAUTIFUL. The floors look better than when they were new! The old finish was a traditional, semi-gloss, golden oil-based finish. The new one is matte, more transparent/colorless water-based finish. Had a couple spots on the final coat, they came back no questions asked and corrected. Very professional and always on time. "New Finish did a very good job stretching my carpet and I had a lot of wrinkles. I liked the fact that they have a 2 yr guarantee on their work. Lots and lots of carpet tufts to clean up though. After a week, I am still trying to vacuum them all up. This was the only downside."
