"Will has excellent customer service and is always on time he's good at communicating and letting me know what he finds on the rug if it's going to be an issue or anything especially since I have a pet. "We have been using Jackie and team for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs for over a decade now and they have never let us down. With 2 kids and a German shepherd, our carpets are usually in dire shape but so far there has been nothing they could not handle.
