These folks handle a quality system that is priced fairly, for sure, but their people are there most valuable asset.
I kinda felt like I was part of the All-Dry family. All of my questions were answered promptly.  When I checked out the materials and systems to be used, I was impressed with that they had cut no corners.  
The installation crew was impressive.  This is mean work crawling around under a house for 3 days.  These guys showed up on time, never left the site, were friendly and courteous and it was apparent very quickly that their work was first class.  The work at the most remote corner with only 12 inches of clearance was as well done as the more accessible areas.
They did much more than lay down plastic and plop down a dehumidifier - they had to lay a foundation , install a concrete sill wall and install a wall to isolate the crawl space from the porch areas.  All of this work was first class.
The dehumidifier unit is best in class and is silent.  I cannot hear any noise in my living room directly above the operating unit.
They guys even recommended Rh monitoring instruments that I can use to feel good that the system delivers the expected results.  In fact the warranty and guarantee is written around hard specifications on deliverables.
When there is so much mediocrity around, I wanted to go the extra mile to reward this company with positive comments - ones they correctly deserve!

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

"Manny and his assistant were excellent!  We unexpectedly found ourselves with bare concrete floors during a botched flooring project (different contractor) and so had limited time to get some painting done.  I called Manny and he answered, he said he could do the job for a flat price for the day.  I called back again once more to confirm, he gave me an email address to send photos of the work space so he could know what to expect.  He showed up with one other person, so it was a two man crew.  They carefully wrapped our stair banister, and covered the floors that needed to be covered (most were bare concrete but he did cover the areas that were wood).  We provided all of the paint.  We had him paint the following areas:  ceiling over 18' great room, as well as over 10' other areas in our home - front hall, upstairs hallway.   Then we had him paint the walls, also 18' great room, upstairs hall, downstairs front hall, eat in kitchen area and below our breakfast bar.  They worked hard, were polite and professional.  They did excellent edging.  They worked a little longer than expected but did not ask for any additional compensation for it.  Manny went over all the areas with us after they were completed, and offered to do one small area that needed a touch up.  He said if we had any issues after he left in the coming days, viewing the areas in different light, just to let him know and he'd come right back.  We haven't seen anything that needs follow up.  Our ceilings look so bright and clean with a fresh coat of paint.  Our walls look great too.  He painted so much of our house that there's not much left we would need to have done, but if we did ever have any more interior painting to do, we would definitely call Handy Manny again to come in.  We will recommend him to others for sure.
