"Manny and his assistant were excellent! We unexpectedly found ourselves with bare concrete floors during a botched flooring project (different contractor) and so had limited time to get some painting done. I called Manny and he answered, he said he could do the job for a flat price for the day. I called back again once more to confirm, he gave me an email address to send photos of the work space so he could know what to expect. He showed up with one other person, so it was a two man crew. They carefully wrapped our stair banister, and covered the floors that needed to be covered (most were bare concrete but he did cover the areas that were wood). We provided all of the paint. We had him paint the following areas: ceiling over 18' great room, as well as over 10' other areas in our home - front hall, upstairs hallway. Then we had him paint the walls, also 18' great room, upstairs hall, downstairs front hall, eat in kitchen area and below our breakfast bar. They worked hard, were polite and professional. They did excellent edging. They worked a little longer than expected but did not ask for any additional compensation for it. Manny went over all the areas with us after they were completed, and offered to do one small area that needed a touch up. He said if we had any issues after he left in the coming days, viewing the areas in different light, just to let him know and he'd come right back. We haven't seen anything that needs follow up. Our ceilings look so bright and clean with a fresh coat of paint. Our walls look great too. He painted so much of our house that there's not much left we would need to have done, but if we did ever have any more interior painting to do, we would definitely call Handy Manny again to come in. We will recommend him to others for sure. "
