Very Satisfied. Everybody involved worked ho*** ** all phases ( clearing, pouring concrete, overlay, and finishing) of the project to assure I got exactly what I wanted. They were careful of neighbors properties and cleaned up after themselves every day. Gabriel was extremely patient with my concerns and questions during the planning, clearing and pouring. The overlay crew did a great job. Daniel and Paul were like artists with the color and texture application. I would definitely use these guys again.

Great! Prep and forms yesterday. Site covered due to showers. Concrete today. Work done efficiently and with no shortcuts. Luis was great to work with, and the price was fair.

These guys are great! Extremely well at communication and worked hard to fit our job in during breaks in the weather.

It all went good. Workers showed up on time. Job was done wonderfully. My only complaint was a frog came.out of the cement and left a hole, which Louis had fixed quickly. Then when they cut the driveway, it left pencil marks and large red areas which won't wash away. Guess it's part of the process. AT&T ruined it when putting in the internet wire and we will contact Artistic Floors to do any repair work.

Great! They were friendly and yet professional. Worked very hard and showed up when expected. There was communication when they were not coming because of weather issues. Left the property clean and debris-free. The patio and pool deck turned out to be just gorgeous. We could not be more pleased.

I would like to thank Luis and his crew for a job well done. Its only been one week but we are pleased with our patio thus far. Luis and his staff were very professional, timely and polite. They also did a very good job cleaning up the site after they finish working. Our neighbors are admiring our patio and stated they will give Luis a call as well. Thank you Artistic Floor!

Excellent well worth the price

We just had a 14x15 slab poured by Artistic Floors USA. Luis and his crew were great to work with. First, the return time on my initial call was almost immediate. They were able to come and give a quote right away. The scheduling of the pour was within a few days. The crew showed up on time, they worked very hard and fast and the pour was finished just when they said it would be. They cleaned up and our yard looked as if no one was there. The best part was they brought a sod machine and saved our grass to replant. This was unexpected and so wonderful. The next day they came and cut the lines, as before they were on time and cleaned up. Thank You Artistic Floors USA. We will for sure call again if need be.

Excellent!! We needed approval from our HOA which turned out to be much more involved than we anticipated. During the whole process (2-3 month) Luis was very understanding and patient. When finally received approval we were working under time constraints as we are winter residents. Luis worked our project into his schedule and completed it in a timely manner. The surface looks great and the work is very artistic. This project was done in April 2016, I wanted to hold off on the review until we returned in December. It looks as good now as it did last April

I was truly impressed with Luis and the other company employees. There was ongoing communication prior to the actual "work" date. A supervisor was assigned and dealt directly with us, and also included employee communication. The entire process was done in a most professional manner and we would freely give this company the highest rating available.

Very easy and a pleasure to deal with. Prompt response to all questions, gave accurate times when crew and concrete would be at site. I laid gravel and compacted, laid vapor barrier so the site was ready when they showed up. Men worked till completed in near 100 degree heat. Slightly higher cost than some others, but responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, performance, and quality is what you get. I'll use the again.

I'd like to preface this review by saying that I spent yrs working on large business projects and working with professional project managers. In my opinion, Luis, is an excellent project manager. He arrived quickly to assess my driveway damage and later sent me an estimate via email. Fortunately for me, there was a cancellation to my job could start right away. First thing in the morning a large truck came down my street and dropped off a steel container for the old concrete. Before the truck left, Luis's me showed up in another truck and van. They immediately went to work tearing out the damage portion of driveway. One worker used a diamond saw to make a clean cut between the old and new portion of the drive. He was very professional and safe in using the cutter to make a nice straight cut. It wasn't long before the entire damaged portion was removed and the roots were being worked on. In the mean time, more workers showed up to do the framing. Again, very professional. All the while, Luis kept me informed on the progress by phone. He let me know exactly  when the concrete truck would arrive the next day. The truck was here like clockwork and the team had a motorized bucket ready to fill the driveway from the truck. End of day the job was set and drying. Next day a worker showed up to remove large debris, clean up, and spray on a couple of coats of sealer. Overall a wonderfully coordinated job by a team that knew what they were doing. In full disclosure, this is a "small construction" job so you can tell work has been done. The street was a little muddy and the framing left gaps along the edges of the new drive. I pressure washed the street and refilled the gaps with compost and top soil. Luis offed to have someone come to clean the street by I thought it would be a waste of labor on his part. At last, the drive is free of big cracks and raised concrete. Great job! I would use Artistic Floor USA, Inc again. 

Luis came out and gave us a fair quote on laying a stamped concrete patio. He was professional from the very beginning. Luis and his crew were always on time (or early) every time they came out. They were professionals every step of the way. The patio is beautiful! We are so thankful for Luis and his team and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The job was done very quickly and was of an extremely high quality. All of the workmen were courteous and had no issues with answering my questions. Luis (the owner) was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Luis Tabares, owner of the company, contacted me 1 day after I responded to his ad on

Angie's List.  He came to my home the same day & we went over what I was wanting to have done.  Although what I was wanting to do wasn't exactly what was advertised in his ad he agreed to do the work for the advertised price.  He said he was pretty backed up at the time, but would fit me in as soon as possible.  He called a few days later & said he could have a crew get started that afternoon if that was agreeable. They excavated & formed up the area that afternoon.  Let me add that I had asked that the excavated sod & dirt be placed in a pile behind my house & I would spread it later.  His men not only wheelbarroweled  everything into my back yard, they also spread it in the areas I would have chosen although I hadn't asked them to do so.  Needless to say, they saved me a lot of work.  The next day, they were back again with the concrete ordered & delivered on time.  The concrete was poured, broom finished,& forms removed before they left. Let me add that knowing that concrete work can be dirty/and or messy work, the area was spotless when the crew left.  Mr. Tabares contacted me a couple of days after the job was completed and inquired if I was satisfied or had any problems.  My response was that I was extremely satisfied & had no problems whatsoever.  I would recommend this company for any type of concrete work!!!

Everything went great and Luis is very easy to reach and makes sure everything is done correctly.

I called 5 companies to come out and estimate this job.  Two were no-shows, two came out but gave no estimates, and one was Luis.  He came out and discussed our drainage issue.  We brainstormed a couple of options and chose one.  He gave me an on the spot estimate and told me I'd have an email with the official one in a day or two.  I got that email the very next day.  I gave the other contractors a week or two, but nobody responded.  I had made up my mind to go with Artistic Floor, but I wanted a larger patio.  I contacted Luis and said I needed to change the plans a little.  He was out the very next day to give me a new estimate.  Again, I had an email the very next day with the official new estimate.  I signed it and work was done in a few weeks.  He kept me updated by phone, text, and email the entire process.  He was very polite, knowledgeable, and on time.   I wanted to wait to review so I could see how the drainage system held up under intense rain.  Well, we just had 6.5 inches of rain over one weekend and the patio handled it with ease.  I am extremely happy with how this project turned out.  We may have some more concrete work for the driveway and sidewalk in the next year or two and will go with Artistic Floor for that as well.
My reasons for B grade on price.  I would put a A- or B+ if I could.  It just seemed a little bit high, but considering Luis was the only contractor to even contact us and give us an estimate...it is worth that.
My reason for B grade on quality.  Again, I would put A- or B+ if I could.  When the expansion joints were cut into the concrete a day or two after the pour, it caused one 3ft crack at a corner and smaller 6 inch crack.  The cracks are hairline cracks and I know that concrete cracks...it just took away a little excitement of having the beautiful big new patio.
I would definitely use Artistic Floor again in a heartbeat.  I don't think I'd even waste my time trying to call any other company because they won't communicate with you like Luis does.

I am a returning customer ... and very satisfied. Luis is a true professional and an excellent communicator throughout the entire project. His crew is friendly, skilled, quick, and very clean. Both jobs exceeded my expectations. His pricing is fair and he's dependable. I can't think of a single thing to improve. He's on top of it all.
