He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."
