"If there was a word better than amazing, that is the word I use to describe working with Duane Knight, the owner of UBuiltit. We live in Michigan and found a beautiful lot on a beautiful lake that we just had to have. The downside was the house on that lot was, to put it nicely, a dump! We brought Duane to our site, talked over the vision and the rest is history! He managed the process from start to finish. From tearing the previous “dump” down to celebrating with us as we moved in. Duane let me be as involved as I wanted to be, which was my absolute favorite part. He let me meet the contractors and be apart of the whole process. He was responsive to my thoughts and ideas but also added his input when needed. He restrained us (budget wise) when needed but let us be creative in other ways. He was on site everyday and taught us so many things about the building process as we were first time home builders. He is a family man with great values and morals. I would not recommend anyone BUT Duane and UBuildIt!"

"I love my "new home". They gave me a great deal and was completely honest about what could be done in my budget without trying to "pad the bill".The guys were professional. The job was done in a timely fashion. The clean up was great. I would definitely hire them again."

"My wife and I are more than pleased with the excellent job of home remodel and room addition provided by Felipe Arce. The hardwood floors in the bedrooms, quartz countertop in the kitchen, and 17’ X 20’ sunroom were professionally installed in an efficient and effective manner. The service and craftsmanship were impressive. Felipe managed the sub-contractors in a very efficient manner and closely monitored their work. All of the workers were respectful of our property and privacy. We really appreciated his response to our requests and willingness to include our laundry room repair after our hot water tank leak that occurred during the project. Felipe’s sense of calm and OK/can do attitude made the process flow smoothly. We found his prices to be fair, accurate, and honest. We strongly recommend hiring Felipe Arce, LLC."

"Mr. Hargrove was the first to respond.  He has made two trips to the property, provided very professional feedback, followed up in an extremely timely manner, and provided a well documented and affordable bid to complete the necessary repairs.  We look forward to the work being started within the next couple of weeks.  I am very grateful to Mr. Hargrove and his associates for what has been thus far their professional service which has exceeded our expectations.

"He designed a really spectacular bathtub tile surround and I was delighted. His other work was of good quality and I was never disappointed. I really got my money's worth."

"Loay Jabbar provided the information I needed quickly and clearly. I immediately signed up for full coverages for our two homes because of the discounts offered and because of the quality of service that Loay is saying and promising Choice Home Warranty provides to its customers. I have bad experiences with other home warranty companies so I am hoping I found the best company that would deliver the best service."

"Excellent! Kevin is a wonderful builder. The entire building experience was efficient with Wesbo. Kevin is very easy to work with and great at communication. We will use him again for a detached garage and a possible pole barn in the future."
