My company is a small business that offers quality, honest, reliable services. We go to each potential job site and give a free estimate. We also give special discounts to all of our Angie's list customers. Contact us today, we look forward to helping you paint your residential or commercial dream.

"Phillip and his crew were terrific to work with. He wasn't the lowest bid, but having talked with each bidder, he was definitely the most knowledgeable so worth the difference. He and the crew were on time, friendly, and worked every day until the job was finished. For the most part, Phillip is on site for the work. Clean up was great. We had three different colors going, some rotted wood to replace, and many bushes and trees that had to be worked around. The shutters were sprayed to change the color, and after that was completed and the sprayer cleaned, I found 4 more shutters in the garage that are extras. Very cordially set up again and sprayed those as well. I can highly recommend Phillip and Vice Versa Painting."

With more than 42 years of experience in fire, smoke, water and mold-damage recovery, CRC has the expertise, the equipment, the facilities and most importantly, the people to ease the burden on you. Additional phones - (888) 501-7824.

"Very responsive to come out ainitially and access damage and get fixed as all was paid for by insurance. They also agreed to installing a skylight where the tree came thru (there was not a skylight before). It was installed well and has never leaked. That's all the good news I have folks. HOWEVER we had 'total replacement to original status' insurance coverage and first go around all they were going to do was patch damaged areas of roof. matching tiles "as best they can". After much bickering back and forth, they finally replaced entire roof. 3 times. yes, three times as the first 2 times work was substandard- and eaked. They did not overlap roof tiles and did not flash properly. When insurance overseer finally agreed to redo entire roof to "original" with a 30 year guarantee, she was subsequently fired by the insurance company after the job was done. Inside the house, the subcontractor they hired to fix our wall and ceiling was horrendous. "Johnny" from Mississippi put up a wall that was not linear -nit bowed. He said our house was crooked and he could not fix that. There was a good 2 feet crawl space between inside wall and outside house. We insisted he redo it (multiple times.) till he got it straight, finally, He said "the wife" was being too fussy. Then he replaced smooth ceiling with a popcorn ceiling because he said he couldn't fix the drywall plaster lines...now we have the task of taking off the popcorn, replacing the drywall ceiling, and replastering correctly. . We grew weary of him and decided not to have him redo. As for coming "on time", well, we learned that "on time" is a relative term...seems to mean just showing up sometime in the morning. Bottom line: Don't let your insurance company bully you into using this company and certainly do NOT hire them on your own."

"Perfect Coats was the PERFECT company to go with! Their price was competitive and the results were beyond my expectations! I knew when they were coming or if they were delayed. They power washed, they repaired (even declined an area that I thought was rotten but wasn't), they painted, they cleaned up, the crew chief took me on a tour to make sure everything was perfect - it was!"

Painting by Design has been in business for fifteen years and is committed to excellence. We specialize in offering creative solutions to clients who desire to restore/remodel/update their space, and save money while going green. Our team is made up of an artist, decorator and wood worker, and we enjoy helping people make their home or business a place they can enjoy.

"I have made many mistakes in paint color in the past, and really wanted to get this right. I asked for a color consultation first, to select the right color to paint the fireplace. LeeAnn was very personable on the phone and within a few days visited the home and suggested the perfect colors for both the fireplace and the mantel. Within a few more days she and an assistant completed the work. I believe it took two days due to preparation and then a second coat of paint. It looks perfect, and I love how it freshens up the room. I'm so glad that I asked for help on this project. I will definitely call them again! They were pleasant, timely, professional, and clearly talented at color selection and painting."

"I have learned that Markus is completely self-absorbed and believes he is above both human decency and the law. The only reason he treated me well at all is because he wanted to use my status as a retired senior military officer to advertise and support his business. Your choice to hire him or not, but take it from someone who knows him very, very well... you and your project mean no more to him than the man in the moon... unless he thinks you can bolster his false image as a man of integrity."

Wallpaper Removal questions, answered by experts

Wallpaper costs depend on several factors, such as the type, who's installing it, and how much you need. Usually, peel-and-stick wallpaper costs less than more permanent options. If you DIY, you can also expect your costs to be lower compared to working with a professional. The average cost to install wallpaper is $560, but total costs can range from $175 to $1,500.

Most jobs take 1-3 days, depending on room size and adhesive strength.

You can wallpaper and paint over certain types of wallpaper, but it’s usually a better idea to remove it first. Removing the wallpaper and prepping the wall before painting is a good way to guarantee a smooth finish that looks professional. If you ever have a moisture or water issue after painting over wallpaper, the paper will bubble and damage your wall. Additionally, you should never paint over wallpaper already peeling or otherwise damaged, as this will leave obvious imperfections in your wall and could lead to additional problems.

The average cost to remove wallpaper is $790. The final price tag depends on the size of the room and the complexity of the project, and can range from $200 to $2,000. Usually, removing peel-and-stick wallpaper is on the lower end of the cost scale, as it doesn't require special tools to remove.

To remove pre-pasted wallpaper, you’ll need to wet the wallpaper or steam it to loosen the paste on the back of the wallpaper. Spray the paper with water, then let it soak for 10 to 20 minutes. From there, you should be able to peel off the wallpaper. Then, you may need to follow up with a cleaning solution and a scraper to remove any remaining wallpaper paste on the walls.
