Kitchen Tune-Up completely refinished our 20+ year old stained custom kitchen cabinets, including stripping, sanding, re-staining, and clear coat. It was a big and difficult job that most companies will not do. The result was absolutely incredible! We have received so many compliments from family and friends. Hugo and his team did excellent work. We definitely would hire them again!

Hired Kitchen Tune-Up for new cabinetry. Process was easy, we first paid for kitchen design since we wanted to change layout a bit. Once wife and I decided on everything we wanted we moved forward with the project. We did brand new cabinets, countertop, and backsplash. Sales guy was straight forward and clear with timeline. They were very knowledgeable as they could answer all of our questions in a way that made sense for us. They cleaned after themselves every day and kept mess to the minimum. Would definitely recommend.

Working with Kitchen Tune-up was a great experience from beginning to end. Hugo our project manager really made us feel comfortable and at ease showing he really knew what he was doing. Great showroom, they keep a large inventory, makes it easy to make decisions. The staff was friendly and professional. We love our cabinets and new kitchen!

Kitchen Tune-Up came out to my home to give me a quote right after I bought my house. As is expected, I ended up having other priorities to tend to over my first year of homeownership. Fast forward a year, and I ended up getting a quote for the kitchen again. This time I wanted to add details that I didnâ t know I wanted at the beginning - their quote was by far the best I received and they had notes about what we had talked about an entire year before! I was impressed by this attention to detail. I appreciated that Hugo took into consideration my budget from the beginning, asked about my likes and dislikes, and just overall treated me with patience and respect, even when I couldnâ t make up my mind on some things. He communicated upfront what to expect over the coming days/weeks by email the day before demo started, which was so helpful. He was open to texting, calls, and emails throughout the entire process - I appreciated the open communication. Luis was efficient, a hard worker, and so nice as well. Every day I walked into my kitchen and saw something new, I felt like I was walking into a home renovation show - it was so exciting to see it all come together. I appreciate the Kitchen TuneUp Northwest team so much for making my kitchen dreams come true!

Many problems Lack of Communication: calls are not always returned promptly. Cabinets were removed in July and work was not fully complete till December, blamed us stating we wanted them out earlier to do the floor. However, we thought the cabinets would be arriving shortly. However, we were never told it could be months. Otherwise, we would have waited. And this company should have known how long it was taking. And they asked for their other 40 percent of the cost before the cabinets were ever installed. Should not have paid till they arrived. Big mistake The sink fell after installation and the guys had to come back a second time The cabinets doors came much later than the cabinets Some cabinets had to be readjusted, etcetera And we had to remind the company about promised drawers. The company had no idea what the original measurements were for the countertop to order the next quartz. We asked and the guys did not know we had asked. The language barrier was related as well. We had to have the company come so many times to do the work and we had to meet them there and sometimes they were late. These are just some of the frustrations. The cabinets now look great with all the problems can not recommend this company.

We had total of 9 cabinet doors 9 drawer covers and frames refinished. Hugo was always in touch and arrived when the said. They correct blemished on cabinets and made sure finished product looked good. It took a little longer as they made sure any blemishes were corrected. They provided shelves so we could clear out our cabinets and not having use of the kitchen was kept to a minimum. Thanks kitchen tune-up!
