"I requested quotes from 3 carpet cleaning companies from Angi's listings and Ruth was the first and only one to call me. I knew this cleaning process was non-steam clean and was a little skeptical, but the reviews don't lie so I gave it a try. Ruth showed up within the time-frame given and brought a bag and a vacuum into the house. I have 20 year old berber carpet and 2 house dogs ( a golden & min pin). After she made a quick evaluation of my carpet, she said there was a gray haze over it from chemicals left in it from the previous steam cleaning. Wow, this powder process worked great on all 3 rooms. My carpets look almost new. Ruth was very polite, respectful and made sure I was completely satisficed with the work before she left. "Hired for a move-in deep cleaning. Provided clear expectations prior to the job, particularly because we would not be onsite and had to rely on our realtor to provide Oneida with access. We had high hopes based on ratings and communication, but became skeptical the day of service when her team was done in 2hrs (we were told it would take about 4). We moved in approximately a week after the cleaning and found that several appliances were not cleaned as expected including the freezer section of the fridge which had brown stains, the broiler section of the oven which bad crumbs and sticky residue, the washing machine which had hair and debris inside, etc. We clearly did not get out money's worth and we're very disappointed with the quality of the work. I suspect a better job would've been done if we were there in-person, but we were taken advantage of in this situation."

"3N1 came to my home to look at mile tile-1200 sq. ft. The tile is 20 years old needed sprucing up. I do steam the floors to keep them clean, but after 20 years, and a previous owner of home, the grout became dirty and in the walk traffic patters black. The grout was originally a light beige. Gerald, came in and did a meaner of area and then a demo--of Tile and Grout cleaning on one of the 18x18 tiles! It was amazing--the tile was much cleaner with the imbedded dirt removed and the grout was clean to perfection--no longer black. 3N1 team moved my heavy furniture, and put back in place too. They were careful of all my possessions and did a GREAT job. Highly recommend them."

I thought I had cleaned my house but they cleaned far better than I do! They are pure quality!!! Everything from counters, faucets, appliances, etc. were spotless. Very kind people too. Please hire them. I have discovered a jewel and I am so happy. You will be as pleased as I am...promise!!! She is 10 stars in my opinion."
