The condos were cleaned on a hit and miss basis. Sometimes you got a decent cleaning and sometimes you got a sorry job. I went to the condo to check between renters and the job I had gotten that time was so bad that I cleaned the place myself. It had been about 4 months since I had been to the condo. The top of the fridge did not appear to have been cleaned since I was there the last time. The owner claimed to be very picky on cleaning details. This is not the truth. His company was to do a deep clean on one of my condos. It was never done although he claimed that it was.

Based on multiple interactions and cleanings, it become evident the owner runs this business "by the seat of his pants". He also has a gruff, not-customer-friendly approach. A kind of "done this for years, you don't know what you are doing" disposition. Cleaners were hit and miss as to getting things done properly, even though the owner indicated he was a stickler for this important aspect. A few examples: * Cleaners were told to provide their own supplies (so we don't know what was being used to clean our granite countertops. ]* One cleaner used our personal washer/dryer to clean their personal clothes while cleaning our unit (we walked in while they were cleaning) * One renter indicated fridge was not cleaned * TVs had smear marks from being cleaned with a dirty rag * Items gone missing and yet not reported by cleaners This is a company you want to avoid - there are many other and cheaper and better companies in the area.
