They were nice. She washed my clothes. I wanted her to hang them instead of folding them. Some of the clothes were kind of wrinkled. She was great. She was very, very nice. She was very likable and very helpful. I would recommend them. The price was reasonable.

Maid In Heaven continues to do an excellent job of cleaning my home every other week.  Very very pleased;

with their customer service;  I receive an email the day before to confirm that the cleaning will take place with the time and cleaners name.

with their follow up; I receive an email the day after the cleaning following up, checking up.

with the cleaner; always polite, on time, professional and does an AMAZING job with cleaning my home.

We were having a somewhat large group of people over last Saturday night and I just didn't have time to give our home a thorough cleaning.  Searched online and settled on Maid In Heaven.   Submitted an online quote request Monday evening and had an estimate in my inbox waiting for me when I got to work Tuesday morning. (1st good impression)  
When I called Maid In Heaven Tuesday afternoon, a woman named Emily answered the phone right away. Surprisingly enough, I was calling different cleaning services and this was the only one where I didn't have to leave a message, which I mentioned to Emily.  She laughed and said she had just hung up phone when it rang.  She was very friendly and extremely helpful. (2nd good impression) 
Scheduled the cleaning for Friday of last week.  Allison arrived on time and was extremely friendly.  She brought all of her own supplies and got right to work.  I barely noticed that she was there, which was nice since I was preparing food for our party.
She was there for 6 hours.  Definitely a huge help having the whole house cleaned!  When Allison finished, the house looked wonderful. (3rd good impression)  Didn't want to inspect while she was there (I am just not a confrontation person), but went around after she had left and found everything quite satisfactory.  (4th good impression)
Received a followup  email the next morning to ask how the service was and I let them know that I wondered how I had lived without a cleaning service! (5th good impression)
Super happy!!  Have scheduled Allison to come every other week moving forward.

It's a total crapshoot - your house might get cleaned, it might not! You might get lucky (we did, once!) but chances are you're going to pay for a whole lotta nothin'. And, like others have said: the owner, Beth, could care less about providing quality or customer service. Just plain old rude.
I've *hired* Maid In Heaven 3 times, but they've cleaned my house 4. First experience was great! Second experience, absolutely nothing got done. To her credit, Beth did arrange for a third cleaning, free of charge, due to the poor work. 
THEN, hired Maid in Heaven for another "priority list" clean at 8:00 on a Friday. I stayed home until 8:30, no sign of them. 9:00, I call Beth and ask what's going on. She kept saying, "Oh...I didn't think you were home." Apparently she had to pull and reschedule the cleaner and wasn't going to tell me because she thought I was at work and wouldn't realize no one showed up. The rescheduled clean (very inconvenient timing) just didn't happen. Over half the "priority list" wasn't done in the 3-hour period, while the same list PLUS some had been done the first time we hired them. Even worse, the house smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke when we got home. Seriously, I think the place was worse than when we left in the morning. 
No apology from Beth for the lack of cleaning or the smell of smoke. I actually got an e-mail "FYI [cleaner] doesn't smoke" as if I was lying about the smell.
DO NOT hire. Again, you might get lucky and have a good experience or two, but this company is just not reliable for recurring cleanings and it's not worth your time to try and deal with Beth.

We moved out of our former house weeks ago, and are trying to get it prepared to sell.  My wife has spent countless hours cleaning the house, and I suggested that we bring in "professionals" to finish the job.  Our expectation was that we would be able to get pictures right after the cleaning and get the house on the market as soon as possible.
Note that all of the rooms, with the exception of the kitchen, were empty (the kitchen had a little leftover trash).  There was new carpet upstairs, finished hardwoods in the living & dining rooms, tile in the kitchen, and laminate in the family room.  We had two of their employees in our house for four hours, paying them $220 in Cash up-front.  My wife and I both work, so we deidn't immediately see the house, but our realtor, who had seen the house prior to their cleaning, came in to take pictures for the listing after they had gone, and asked us if the maids had come.  It was that bad.  There was some evidence of cleaning, but we were really left to wonder what they spent their time on. 
We felt comfortable with this company since they had a decent rating on Angie's List, but our biggest mistake was paying them the Cash up-front.  We would never recommend this company to anyone, and caution anyone not to pay Cash upfront without seeing the work first.

Beth instructed us to leave a priority list for the house cleaner. We agreed to a 3 hour timeframe. They do all the work they can within the time constraint. The work they do has been great. We've had other house cleaners over the years, but Maid in Heaven is really the best. Easy to work with. We get a reminder email a day or two beforehand and a follow up customer service email a day after. So professional!

Just can't say enough how pleased I am with the service Maid In Heaven did for us last week. 
Was so pleased we decided to start using the cleaning service every other week.

We don't use them regularly. They come out when we call them. Generally, we get different people because we don't have a regular scheduling but normally, the people have been pretty good. They are different individuals. We've never had one that's really bad. They were good. Sometimes they come on fairly short notice and we appreciate that. The people show up on time. They're very professional. My wife feels very comfortable with the people who come.

Amanda and Brittany arrived as scheduled - at 8 a.m.; one of them was from York, the other from Lancaster.  The one from York did an "o.k." job  but certainly not a deep cleaning- They were here until 12:30.  I am not really sure what the one from Lancaster actually did.  She spent almost all of her time in the closet of my master bedroom and did not even bother to dust off the items on the shelves.  I went back to check on her several times; but I could not actually tell what she was doing - certainly not cleaning.  She also "worked at" my master bath.  I had given her a special cleaner/wax I use on the shower and sinks.  She also worked on the master bedroom, and though the major furniture was cleaned, she did not bother to dust off the picture frames or other items.  The girl from York seemed to work consistently; but she did not clean the tub in the downstairs bath with the cleaner I gave her to use and I felt like I needed to keep checking on her.  I have wood floors in my kitchen, dining and family rooms and the downstairs hallways.  They did not need to clean those since I had just done that myself.  She did ask me to approve each room as she finished.  I suppose I did not check carefully enough; but since I had had a good experience with a previous spring cleaning company, I did not feel it was necessary to check that closely since I generally trust .people to do as they say they will do.
My neighbor had recommended Maid in Heaven and that is why I used them.  I would not repeat this mistake.  18 months ago I had my entire home spring cleaned for $400 and they did an exceptional job. I feel that I was gyped.

Amanda was on time and, although she was quiet, she did excellent work. She was here for 6 hours (spring cleaning) and she made the price worth it. I would recommend because I had used Maid In Heaven once before and had the same experience.

Although I am new to Angie's List, Maid In Heaven has been cleaning my home for more than 5 years.
The quality of the service I receive in all areas is unsurpassed.  Everyone who has been to my home to clean have been pleasant, polite and dedicated.  Understanding that with people there may be an issue here or there all I have had to do is call the office and the issue was/is resolved with the next cleaning.  I havebeen very impressed with the ladies willingness to please if I have a
special request. 
To me, this service is vital to my well being!

Horrible Service - stay a mile away!! Maid In Heaven maid services was nothing but a HUGE disappointment. We signed up for their spring cleaning package i.e. 10 hrs worth of cleaning with 2 people/maids. Only one of the maids showed up and the other person NEVER showed up. There was no communication from the person who was supposed to show up until 4 hrs into the cleaning. We found out that she had prior CRIMINAL history and had been pulled over by the police near our locale and due to outstanding warrants sent to custody! All this while NOT a single phone call or communication from the manager/owner Beth. She merrily decided to be out of reach while all this fiasco was going on- later claiming that she herself does not work /answer calls on Saturday. Not only does the customer service get an F for incompetence but also an F for not conducting background checks and pretty much hiring people without establishing past criminal conduct. In addition all I have received from Maid in Heaven and the owner/manager has been bad attitude, worst customer service ever and no offer to re-mediate the situation in any shape or fashion!! Be well aware of these guys - they hire crooks, do not show up at all, cannot be reached when it matters and on top of all this end up with a boat load of bad attitude. Will strongly recommend NEVER TO hire them anymore and grade them as an overall F! P.S. - We depended on these guys to clean up the house before our thanksgiving guests showed up - my sick wife and I had to end up cleaning our entire upper floors. And in response a few days later this is what I received - instead of an apology and "let me fix this for you" this is the racist ignorant rant that I receive from the owner (Maid in Heaven) "This is Beth, the owner of Maid In Heaven and I would like to respond to the comment below from M. Subhakam. I am a woman and this is the United States of America. As a woman, no matter a client’s country of origin, nor their country's customs, in this country a women doesn't have to be belittled, screamed at, talked down to and cursed"  I have our conversations recorded and can happily bring it up in a Better Business Bureau court for violation of contract. Just proves to show how ignorant you personally are since you never bothered to step out of the shadows of your world. Plus paying people $10 an hour while you’re pocketing the rest is "ooh soo dignified of you" As I said , I will make sure your business is blacklisted and never shall customers suffer who made the mistake of depending on your substandard service.

The cleaner was very professional and hard working. She did a thorough, excellent job.

It has been a fantastic experience.  
The whole-house cleaning (they call it a move in cleaning) was thorough - every room received detailed attention, from cleaning and scrubbing the bathrooms and kitchen to dusting the blinds slat-by-slat and cleaning the windows & casings.
Every two weeks, they disinfect and clean every room in the house, dust all surfaces and ceiling fans, and sweep/vacuum/mop.
And if there's ever a problem, Beth (the owner/operator) does everything in her power to make it right.

They are awesome!  They are reliable, and so a great job.  They are also very honest.  I absolutely will continue to use them.

Was listening to Hancock on WBT and heard him speak personally of Maid In Heaven.  I am putting my house on the market and wanted to get a good cleaning to get the house ready to be shown.  Decided to give this cleaning company a shot.  If Hancock recommends them,and you know Hancock, then... The cleaning was top notch.  Signed up for the 'spring cleaning'.  Natalie, had assigned two women and they really did just a fantastic job. Kudos!

Very pleased with the service performed.  Brittany was very professional, polite and just did an excellent job cleaning my place.  Would definitely recommend this particular cleaning service.

I am new to Angie's List, but have been using this service for over 2 years.  I have a wonderful woman who comes every other Wednesday to clean for me.  It has been a great experience and would recommend Maid In Heaven to anyone.  I work, so don't actually see the maid on a regular basis, but really look forward to coming home from work on cleaning day! 

My house just wasn't clean. I've used other professional services, so I thought I knew what to expect. Due to job woes, I hadn't had a service in for about 9 months and I really expected to NOTICE the difference. I had to scrub out the kitchen sink myself; the kitchen floor was sticky and I had to damp mop it; the couch cushions were replaced backward (zipper side out); my shower looked exactly the same as I left it. I found myself trying to find the good points of the whole experience. I was supposed to receive a call the next day to follow up and it never came. Beth (owner) call about a week later but I was out of town and the time difference precluded my calling her back.Beth was quite responsive to my initial call and was able to schedule me quickly. If not for that, I would give the whole experience an F
