"Scheduling and service were excellent. Stretched my buckled Berber beautifully and got up carpet stains that I didn’t think would come out. Gave extra care for a wool rug that needed detailed cleaning. I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend Tony and All Points Capet care."

"I had my staircase carpet and upstairs hallway and master bedroom cleaned. It looked wonderful. The service technician was very informative. I will be using RIC for my future carpet cleanings."

"Well if the high traffic area of the loft and hallway was treated, the treatment didn’t work because as soon as this area dried, the spots are still visible. Your advertising states “use Coit cleaning, we clean it as good as new” This is not the case."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Excellent service cleaned my area rugs and made them look new again. Will definitely use them again."

"WOW!!  I just am amazed at how clean George got my carpets.  I had some very tough stains from two high school party's on the staircase leading to our third floor "bonus room" .  I was expecting them to be lightened, at best.  They are GONE!!!
We have two pets who have had a few accidents and the stains are now gone.  I recommend the deodorizer if you have pets.
I had George clean all of the area carpets that are on the hardwoods and marble foyer.  These have also been the recipients of some pet presents.  He did a great job on those as well and cleaned up all the floors underneath and around the area rugs as well.  He has offered to come back in January to do two of them again at no additional charge if the odor should return.
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this service!!  He was very pleasant, very professional and very reasonably priced!!  I will be using him from now on and highly recommend that you do too!!"

"Chris was very responsive and prompt. His work was excellent , his manner was very professional and his fees very reasonable. Would recommend Steam it Clean to any of my friends and family and will use them again!"
