"The painting was done very well, however, they were in too much of a hurry to leave and left a few small things unfinished. When we tried calling them back to get them to come back and complete those things, we received no response. Also, we requested to use a specific deck sealant, but they did not. The sealant had since worn off and we have to redo the whole thing."

These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining.
