"I highly recommend 3 Insulation. Craig (the owner) was professional, informative, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and kind. I needed my 1991 house insulation brought up to 2023 standards, and Craig explained in detail what needed to be done.Work included: R-30+ blown fiberglass over both attic spaces Depth Rulers Included Protect the chimney cavity with the insulation cloth included. Air sealing service with materials seals off pipes, wires, junction boxes, fans, etc. Insulate the hatch with R30 batts. Install baffles where needed for proper air flow. Seal Ducts with water based mastic. Seal ducts in drywall with foam sealant. Attic trash and debris cleanup includedAll of the work that Craig and his team completed has now resulted in a much cooler house, which is sure to lower energy bills. Also, Craig was knowledgeable about the rebate process that Duke Energy offers, and he submitted the rebate applications for me. "I would highly recommend Andy and his services. We have been having severe moisture issues in our crawl space. After experiencing issues just getting someone to come out and look at the issue or very high prices, Andy called us right away and was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He was thorough and honest in his assessment of the issues. He went above and beyond what was asked and walked our property to point out other areas of concern and things we can do to help mitigate water issues. When it was time to do the work, he was on time and worked really hard to ensure all the mold in the crawl space was taken care of and replaced damaged installation. He came back with his team to install the dehumidifier as soon as it arrived. Once completed, he reviewed exactly what he did in detail, explained the new unit and left things neat and tidy. His pricing was also the lowest we received and far below what we expected to pay. I will absolutely call him if I need additional work done and would recommend him to anyone. "Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"Wonderful! Tomas and Jose are VERY hard workers, very reliable, very thorough, very reasonable priced, and know their stuff! We had looked at the reviews on Angies List as well as from a neighbor., all excellent, and well deserved. We started out getting a quote both decks and pressure washing the house. Tomas responded quickly. We gave him the go ahead but not to start for several weeks, since my husband wanted to do some deck repairs himself, first and we also let him know that after that our timing was flexible, since we are both retired. He checked in with us several times to see how the progress was going on our side, which took us longer than expected, and once we had the repairs done, he and his team came out very promptly to do the pressure washing, fitting it in between other jobs. They did an excellent job both on the house and on prepping the deck. A week or so later they came out to stain the deck and, again did an excellent, and very thorough job. A freak rain cam up after they had just finished the second coat, they covered the deck, but came out 2 days later, once it was clear again, to check on it, and then did a third coat with due to the rain, but stuck to the original quote. After seeing what a great job they did, we asked for an estimate on painting the shed, a swing, and the door trim on the house. Again, a very reasonable price and an excellent job. Note that the best way to contact Tomas is via text message to his cell phone. We would use them again for any project around the house, they are very versatile. And, as I found out too late - we had hired someone else - they also do roofing."
