"I highly recommend 3 Insulation. Craig (the owner) was professional, informative, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and kind. I needed my 1991 house insulation brought up to 2023 standards, and Craig explained in detail what needed to be done.Work included: R-30+ blown fiberglass over both attic spaces Depth Rulers Included Protect the chimney cavity with the insulation cloth included. Air sealing service with materials seals off pipes, wires, junction boxes, fans, etc. Insulate the hatch with R30 batts. Install baffles where needed for proper air flow. Seal Ducts with water based mastic. Seal ducts in drywall with foam sealant. Attic trash and debris cleanup includedAll of the work that Craig and his team completed has now resulted in a much cooler house, which is sure to lower energy bills. Also, Craig was knowledgeable about the rebate process that Duke Energy offers, and he submitted the rebate applications for me. "Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"Tomas is a miracle worker. We moved into a new house and the deck hadn't been maintained. It was dry and splintery and some of the grain was separating so there were dangerous shards sticking up. Many of the boards had become concave so they would hold water after rain. When Tomas came to give an estimate, he said he could flip the boards over. Brilliant — I had never heard of that before. So he spent a day unscrewing every board and flipping them over, making some modifications on the ends where it went around railing posts. He did a careful and thorough job washing, sanding, and staining. It now looks like we have a completely new deck! Amazing! (And pretty cheap given the cost of wood these days.) Tomas is an incredibly hard worker. (In fact I had another guy doing work on my house who commented, “Wow, he's a really good worker.") I've had other guys come out and do other decks of mine before, and they would just do a perfunctory cleaning and slop on the stain. Tomas genuinely cares about how good the deck looks. Every detail is meticulously attended to. And — the work was reasonably priced. So glad we found him."

"He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. Three other companies bid and were not even close... in promptness, plan, OR price. I highly recommend Jon and Danny Moore."
