In minutes he found it was coming from a near by toilet uptake and also that the toilet tank was cracked. He went to get a new toilet and was back in the amount of time he said he would be gone. Replaced toilet and cleaned up in about 40 minutes. Which is fast in my book! He is very personable and does quality work. It's nice to have found a plumber who does what he says, reasonably priced, and is close to where I live. Thank you very much for your work!

"The people were pleasant and easy to work with. The first workman could not find the major blockage but cleaned out roots. Since the line seemed to go onto a neighbor's yard which would necessitate getting permission to dig, he called his boss to investigate and come up with another plan. They communicated with my daughter at work over the phone. Eventually, they found the source of the blockage, baby wipes, close to the manhole which was still in my daughter's yard and not the neighbor's. They cleaned out the blockage and charged close to $500. They recommended two clean out valves be installed at the cost of another $400 approximately. This has not been done so far."

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
