"The technical sales representative (RIch Brown) is extremely knowledgeable about foam insulation, its application, and the pros and cons of the different types. The most knowledgeable and professional sales rep that I have encountered after doing extensive research in three states. The installers were OK; tried to be helpful and had good attitudes, but needed some supervision on the job as my project was a renovation of 1850's farm house and was not like a new construction site. The product has so far lived up to its claims for insulation value. My utility bills are very reasonable compared to what I would have expected with typical fiberglass insulation."

"We discovered a small roof leak and called Consolidated. Van Stallings came out the next day and gave us a quote. We had used this company before and were so pleased that we didn't feel it necessary to look further. They came within the week and took two days to do the job. We had lots of roof! They went all the way to the plywood and had to replace 11 pieces (but we expected some of this). I liked that Steve the project manager took pictures of where the plywood was bad so I could see what they replaced. They removed the non-working power vent and added ridge vents where needed. All the various vent covers were replaced. New flashing was installed around the chimney and skylights. We also had a gutter system installed to help keep the leaves from clogging our downspouts so quickly. They use excellent materials and really do have one of the best warranties in the business. To finish off the job the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the area. They worked tirelessly and professionally.

Dave came by during both days of the roof install to check with us and see if everything was satisfactory. His crew was very polite and hard-working. "These guys, from GW the sales man to Bradley and Adam the installers were first class. I would recommend them to anyone, both the salesman and service techs were here at the time they said , not one min. late and their care for their work is second to none. Having been in the building business for years, I can say these guys are growing a co. on quality service bar none. Also the care they have for your house is great, from start to finish, couldn't tell anyone ever set foot in my house. Also the price was hard to beat.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
