I texted Ray to see if he was class and his estimate time of arrival. No response from Ray. I texted again about 1:30 pm to inform him that he was unprofessional by doing a no show and it would reflect in a review that I write. He texted by about 2 hours later and said Family emergency. That should have been communicated that morning Nate?s of NO communication at all. "
