Your Man Friday Plumbing SVC

I liked him. But I had him do some other work like fix my porch screen and it's already pulling out again. He was pleasant and punctual. He cleaned up after himself. He was very professional.

I could hear a small amount of water running in the toilet tank. I knew it was a small job but couldn't tell where the water was running, and so didn't know how to fix it myself. When I called Your Man Friday, I left a message and my call was returned within the hour. The plumber came twenty minutes later. He replaced the fill valve in the toilet. What I really appreciated was that he showed me what he was doing and explained to me how I could fix it myself in the future if I wanted to. Then he checked the other toilet in the house since both toilets are fairly old, and he told me that toilet already had a newer flush assembly in it. He also checked the faucets and shower heads and, while this may sound like he was trying to drum up business, he was actually giving me tips on how I could save money if I had any problems with them in the future.

They were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. They were in terms of service an A because he even tried to diagnose it over the phone even before he thought he was going to be able to do it. The guy that came to my house was friendly, he actually had another job but he realized where I was and what I needed and he fit me in his schedule so I didn't have to wait 3 days. He took care of it right away and I felt it was very inexpensive. He also let me know who I needed to contact regarding my dishwasher.

THESE COST A BIT TOO MUCH, BUT THEY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM LEAVING THEM ALONE IN MY HOUSE, BECAUSE THEY HAVE PROVEN THEMSELVES TO BE TRUSTWORTHY.
