"Thanks for the feedback [Member Name Removed]! We really appreciate it. We're happy to hear that you were satisfied with our services and the cost of your project."
"I would like to apologize for the failure to properly prep all paint areas in your home. Some crews overlook this key step due to overconfidence with their workmanship. Your review was the focus of our most recent job site supervisor meeting on this very topic. I would like to extend any opportunity to resolve any remaining issues as a result of our painting as this should have been done the first time around. Feel free to contact us at 919-422-0595, for further follow up or if there is anything else we can do. You're business is appreciated as much as your honest feedback."
"Members reading this review, please understand that this was a very unfortunate situation. Once the projected started the member tried to leverage negative reviews to receive work at a discounted rate. As a business we strive to satisfy all our client’s needs. After 6 months of going back & forth with the member we came to the realization that our partnership was not a good fit. This is never an easy decision, especially considering the issue was not with the paint nor the paint application and we still agreed to a considerable discount even though they were pleased with the rest of the work done. Before leaving our profile please take some time to review our most recent stellar reviews and understand that if we do work for you, you will be satisfied. If you have any further questions, please give me a call, I would love to speak with you. Bob Troxler, Owner CEO 919-369-5319 Daniella Whitley Office Manager 919-422-0595"
"Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you on your home. Please keep us in mind with any future painting projects. We also have a great referral program so feel free to send any neighbors, friends and/or family our way."
"My name is Daniella and I am the office manager here with CertaPro Painters of Cary-Apex. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. Be it good or bad, we always welcome the feedback of all our customers as we are always striving to practice continuous improvement. I recall after sending your invoice and encouraging you to contact us with any concerns you did so and I would like to think that we were quick to respond. Our production manager also confirmed your email response to him as being very impressed with the crew going the extra step during the touch ups. I apologize for all of the frustration the touch ups resulted in and agree that quality workmanship should not require touch ups at all. Your words have not fallen on deaf ears and we are currently working on making a few tweaks to our current work process to ensure more quality control. I would like to reassure you of your warranty and encourage you to feel free to follow up when ready to further address any remaining issues."
Day 2: Saturday A young man shows up very early (No notice again that he is coming). And this is a different contractor. He does have the details of our job, reviews it with me and gets started. This was a nice young man, and he did a very good job on the covered deck ceiling. He primed it, painted it with two coats of paint which I supplied. He also pre-filled the nail holes. He did everything right, except when he put the ladder through my screen door. We found this at the end of the job after he left. I really didn?t want to make a big deal of this because he was really nice, and I didn?t want him to get in trouble. I just figured I?d pay to have the screen replaced, which is now an estimate of $150.
Day 3 Monday The same young man shows up with a helper to review the work to be done to scrape, prime & paint the louvers on the east and west side of the house. He did tell me on Saturday he would be coming Monday to finish the job, and I appreciated that. They did a good job, scraping, priming and completing the finish paint which I supplied.
Seems to me there is a communication problem at this company. No one ever followed up with me to see if I was satisfied with the job, or to get my feedback. I own a franchise, and if I owned this franchise I?d be a little embarrassed. You know what they say?.?The devil is in the details? So this review isn?t going to go very well for you when I post it unfortunately. Hopefully your team will improve. I thank you for your time.
