"Same service provider serviced both the furnace and the AC earlier in the year as part of their "annual tune-up". So I was surprised when I turned on the AC and warm air blew out. When I called the office, she promised to fit me in this afternoon and quoted an ETA. 30 minutes before the appointed time, I received calls from both the office and the assigned repairman letting me know that he was on his way and when to expect him to arrive. Excellent customer service!
