"Great experience. Gary, the estimator showed up on time, evaluated the existing upstairs AC, and gave me two options to replace the evaporator coil and outside condenser with firm prices. Included in the estimates was also addition work I requested. All of the work was done the following Monday. The new unit is 2.0 SEER2 better than the old unit. Bradham Brothers included a new programmable thermostat with WiFi access. They also provided two new CO2 detectors. The county inspector was pleased with their work. All total, Bradham Brothers exceeded my expectations."

"The salesman at Sears was very helpful. The installers were great. The only problem was not being informed the original delivery date had been changed, I had this same problem when I purchased my Kenmore Elite oven at the same Sears store. Great product, great installers, just not so great scheduling."
