"I hired Refloor to come back and do my basement too. The installation was delayed due to stock shortage but the floors are in and they are beautiful. I hired my own painter to stain the moldings to match the floors. The floors look so much like real wood. Great job!"

"Highly recommend Brandon with Wingler’s Handyman Services for any home improvement needs. When our subfloor started showing signs it needed replacing, we reached out for an estimate. His pricing was very reasonable and he got us scheduled quickly—which matters with flooring issues. From the moment he walked in, I felt confident we were in good hands. He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel manageable, even with an older house that loves surprises. And of course, we had a few. 😅 Plumbing leaks, extra bracing needed… Brandon handled it all without missing a beat. What stood out most was his attention to detail. He took his time and made sure everything was done right, not just “good enough.” The finished floors turned out better than I imagined. "My sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were friendly and did a great job installing my hardwoods. I am very pleased with my beautiful new floors. The only things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are (1) the types of installation was never discussed with me (and I didn’t know at the time there was more than one option, so be sure to ask about this) and (2) after doing about 2/3 of the flooring I noticed that the installers laid the hardwood planks on top of the vinyl instead of pulling the vinyl up (not sure if this is normal)."
