First let me say from the rep that took my intial call, he was polite, very knowledgeable, had me relaxed through the whole intake. Even the Receptionist I spoke with, very polite and assured me everything will be fine. The Tech Joshua M. and his coworker that came out were also very polite, very professional and knowledgeable and they knew their stuff. Which made me and my mother very comfortable and happy at the same time and I knew we where in excellent hands. They gave me my estimate for the work and what I loved the most was the Safety Evaluation. When you have a company and its entire staff show this much compassion and knowledge you know your in great hands and I will be a lifetime customer. Also let me say this, I was working and you could not tell they were in the house. Speedy, Knowledgeable, Compassionate, Professional, Understanding, On Time!! I was really impressed with both of the guys that did the work at my house. They were very nice and answered all of my questions - even my stupid questions. And get this..... they showed up on-time which is rare today. I felt like they were true professionals in the quality of work they did and were very trustworthy. Not they type of electricians to cut corners! Both of these guys should get a raise, seriously! It's hard to find reliable, friendly, trustworthy, professional people that show up on-time and don't cut corners - people like them make companies like yours great! Thank you!
