In the end, I have one small, very neat, hole in the kitchen that will need repair. The chandelier had two single wall switches in the dining room. He placed a dimmer on one switch and on the second he changed it out to two switches. One for the chandelier and one for the two wall sconces. This exceeded my expectations for the room. He wrapped up the day by installing a new bar light fixture of the vanity. TJ is a thoughtful and talented electrician. I'm more than pleased with the work performed and would recommend Fairway Electric."

He didn't charge me for installing the new doorbell button/cover and gave me a discount for buying and installing four smoke detectors. Tri City guarantees all their work for one year.
