"Job was reviewed, estimate/quote was made. Estimate cost was considered a little too hi, so removed a couple items wanting done. Lead estimator was informed of new HVAC installation, but did not suggest replacement of outside disconnect with extension until called back after HVAC contractor required it to be completed. Learned later this is normally completed and should have been explored & suggested when evaluation for job was discussed. Electric company came back out immediately and corrected the situation, but cannot help but believe this additional trip and effort cost a little bit more then necessary."

"We needed an electrician fast for an issue we had affecting our whole house. He came quickly the same day and checked the entire electrical system in our home. Diagnosed the issue quickly as a problem outside the home with the main feed from Duke Energy and advised us to contact them and told us what to say. He could have charged us an arm and a leg, but was extremely reasonable for the amount of time and effort he took diagnosing the issue. He even fixed a few unrelated problems in the home while he was here at the house. He went well above and beyond what he had to do and even called the next day to check and make sure we had power restored! I will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone I know in the future."

"I can’t express how grateful my family and I are for Matt and his company. Hurricane Helene caused catastrophic damage to our house and property. The storm caused the back side of our house to almost wash away and flooded our entire down stairs finished basement. We called Matt and his company and they were out within a day to look at the damage. He gave us an extremely fair quote. The following day before we even cut him a check. He had his crew out at our property and the back side of our house up on jacks. The communication was outstanding!! They were able to get the back side of my house Jacked back up and back on properly placed posts. They also were able to help replace and redo my finished basement and some damaged plumbing . We had been wanting to add an extra room for one of our boys for a while and didn’t have the know how or financial means. Matt went ahead and built us the extra bedroom, and only charged us building supply costs.. The bedroom came out beautiful and was better than we could have ever expected . During this time FEMA and insurance were and have been of very little financial help. This project almost completely came out of my own pocket. They did the work as asked and then went a step above to do the work before, I was able to completely pay them. They never hounded us for money and were completely sympathetic and understanding to our situation. I wish every company had an owner like Matt. Outstanding work, extremely fairly priced, and most of all he was extremely empathetic and didn’t seem to care about his bottom line. He only truly seemed to care about our situation and that we were happy with what work he had done for us.
