"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Work started around 10:00 am and finished at around 1:30 pm.  Area was completely cleaned and hosed down.
Used a pressure injection method to shoot a cement/sand/grout/water mix under the concrete panel and along the edges of adjacent  panels to create a completely level drive without cracking.  There are several small holes to drill (about 9) through the concrete but the fill patches were completely level, tight and blended well with the old concrete (16 years old) and with passing time the patches are further blending.  I finished out the project myself by purchasing self-leveling gray polyseal caulk that binds to the concrete from a big box hardware store for the control joints which they recommended. 
I work for an engineering/procurement/construction company and the structural engineers in my department recommended this method versus demo and re-pouring.  This was accomplished at half the cost to remove and pour new concrete.
For once I finally got a contractor who returned calls and emails in a timely fashion, answered all my questions, and was easy to arrange a scheduled work time."
