"Will has excellent customer service and is always on time he's good at communicating and letting me know what he finds on the rug if it's going to be an issue or anything especially since I have a pet. Will have been cleaning my carpet probably for the last 15 years and always does an excellent job. He's one of the first ones that I recommend When anybody asked me for a carpet cleaner."

"Jose did an amazing job. We had a bleach stain in a highly visible area. An 18" x 18" area in the middle of the walking area was replaced and no seams are visible, it looks like the carpet was never damaged. He is very knowledgeable on all carpet needs. Wish I knew him before I bought my carpet and installation from a big building supply company 3 yrs ago. For a small job like we had, be respectful of his time and have the estimate and work done in the same trip."
