THE Solution for all Your Home Repair needs. For most "Handyman" services, our labor rate is $89/hr. Labor rates do not include the cost of any materials. Materials are added to the total labor costs and the customer's local tax to create their total. Once you (the customer) approves of the estimate, we collect an initial deposit, (usually about 1/3 the total cost of the project) and begin working asap. Please note: all deposit's are non-refundable. We also offer 5% off your total project price when we're hired or have your work order scheduled by paying your deposit on the same day which we provide the estimate. Wondering what we can do?
